Citroën 2 CV
In this picture, my vision of the Citroën 2 CV is summarized in a single element: the headlight seen in profile. Any small detail is enough to recognize a 2CV. And capturing it on paper gives good results. Highly decorative minimalism.
The headlight bowl is the protagonist, in the characteristic grey of the 1963 AZA, together with the metallic trim and locking clip, the glass of the optics give it the final touch: the characteristic red mini-witness.
This is one of the original paintings with details of the Citroën 2 CV, made on black Canson paper using Rembrandt pastels.
